Description:

 

The ventilation terminal box is the terminal device of the air conditioning ventilation system, with the features of compact structure, pretty appearance, eases installation, low noise, convenient for adjustment, etc., one important part of the air conditioning ventilation system.It is applicable to the air conditioning system for the offices, meeting rooms, lodging cabins,

dining hall and so on in the vessels, which can also be used as the terminal devices for the hotels, hospitals, large meeting halls, etc.

 

Features

 

•  The ventilation terminal can be installed in two methods, i.e. ceiling installation and side wall installation.

•  The diffuser of the ventilation terminal is either in the pan type or punkah louver.

•  The air inlet of the ventilation terminal is either single pipe or dual pipe inlet.

•  Auxiliary electric heater can also be added into the terminal box c/w manual/auto thermostat, interlock with airflow is optional.

 

Materials

 

•   Attenuator box: Al-Zinc steel

•   Diffuser of pan type (C): ABS engineering plastics

•   Diffuser of ball type (N): stainless steel or ABS engineering plastics

•   Insulation:Mineral wool.

•   BV-B-15 certificate.

 

 

The terminal box consists of three parts:

 

•  Static pressure box: Made in galvanized thin steel plates, laid inside with fire proof and water proof rock wool as the sound absorption and insulation material.

•  Air volume adjustment device:Provided with the primary air volume limit and the secondary air volume adjustment.The former can balance the air volume of all ventilation terminals,while the secondary air volume adjustment button is used for the manual adjustment of the air volume.

•  Diffuser:The pan type diffuser is pressed with aluminum alloy or thin steel plate and powder coating, sound absorption material affixed inside to absorb the air flow noise.The punkah louver type is pressed with stainless steel and polished outside,The air volume and direction can be adjusted by the knob.

• Minimum flow alarm (automatic model) and inbox temperature measurement with overheat limit to cut-off reheater power

 

 

Cabin unit mounting instruction

Project requirement and possibilities should be taken into account when designing installation.

Main principles in cabin unit installation:

1,Fix cabin unit above false ceiling using thread bar(as seen picture) or frame installation.

2,Connect power supply and IC cable to the unit.

3,Connect supply air ducts to cabin unit inlets.

4,Close maintenance/installation hatch

5,Connect and assemble diffuser to the cabin unit outlet.

 

 

CABIN UNIT MAINTENANCE

Provide the cabin unit are properly installed ,little or no maintenance is required.

it may,however,under certain circumstances be desirable to clean the inner parts for cabin unit.

Wrong treatment can damage the insulation and other parts.The same applies if the cabin unit is damaged and serious parts have to replaced
