Working principle

     The high pressure pump through the nozzle will feed liquid atomization, aerosol droplets and after hot air distribution device, after regulation into the hot air drying tower in tower mix, rapid heat and mass transfer, in a very short time become powder dry granular products.

     The unit is a kind of can finish at the same time dry and granulation device. They can adjust, be the spherical particle size, on average, about 100-300 um particle size.
