What should I do if I do not have the drawing for rollers?

The drawing is the most important step for te rollers.I f you do not have ,we can design it for you but 

machine specification information is needed as roller drawing needs to be strict with the machine

How do you design the drawing?

We design rolls on CAD stations with preferably edge and 'W' formation considering strain factors. The profiles are generated by special software (COPRA) and strip strain analysis is done to avoid 

any overloading at any stage during forming. 

What is your company achievement for steel pipe?
