We are Qingdao Zhengyu Electromechanical Manufacturing Company Limited, an original factory founded in the year of 2006, also a scientific and technological enterprise who has been specializing in developing and manufacturing all kinds of plastic injection parts and moulds.
We are located in Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province, People's Republic of China with convenient transportation access. It is about fifty kilometers only or to say one hour only far away from Qingdao Port.
With a plant of more than 4000 square meters and also a professional team of more than 10 years' experience, we are skilled at UG, Pro E, CAD etc these three D design softwares so to make the CAD or CAM or CAE drawings and so on, also we ourself own a CNC machining center including CNC high speed engraving, EDM spark molding, line cutting and ten sets of injection molding machines.
We can handle various raw material such as Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polyvinyl Chloride, Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, Nylon, Polystyrene, Thermo-Plastic-Rubber, etc.
Our main product series include but not limited to plastic interlocking floor tiles, plastic caps for slat bed, plastic injection moulds, rapid prototyping(three D print or simple moulding) and so on. We also have the ability to do some OEM or ODM orders.
