1) Tacking object: Half axle housing and triangle

           

2) Equipment introduction of welding jig:

The jigs for assembly and tacking of half housing and triangle are mainly used in the assembly and tacking of rear half axle housing and triangle. The metal CO₂ gas shielded welding process is used. The half axle housing at the upper part and the lower part is placed in the tacking jigs. The self-centering mechanism is taken to position the axial direction of half housing, the axis of workpiece is positioned with self-centering clamped jigs at both sides, hydraulic puller jigs realize the press-fitting of half axle housing, and the pressure head is adjustable. Handheld triangle is equipped to support the positioning jig to position triangle. After the tacking of one side is finished, the pneumatic climbing mechanism inside the lathe bed makes workpiece climb to the high position and then rotate. After the rotation is completed, the bracket puts the workpiece back to the jig body, and then the positioning, clamping and tacking of the workpiece is carried out once again.
