Function: to provide surface glossiness and leveling property to the 2K Solid Color Paint.

Mixing Ratio: varies from the hiding power of the color tinters.

WL100	50%-40%
MACAW color tinters	50%-60%

 wl100 + MACAW color toners = 2K solid color paint

2K Solid Color Paint: Hardener: Thinner=2: 1: 0.5 (volume proportion)

 

(2) 1K Base Coat Mixing Binder GD150

Function: to offer help in the aluminum and pearl evenly.

Application: applicable to mixing aluminum and pearl base coat series. According to the different hiding power of the color tinters, the mixing ratio is

Color tinters	30%-45%
WL150	70%-55%

 

(3) 1K Aluminum Front and Side Face Binder GD153

Function: to help 1K aluminum to get a white side face, more shining of the metallic particles, and to make aluminum get a grey front face, and to make the metallic particles biger, side face lighter, and cleaner.

 Application: More voloume, the side face of the aluminum paint will be whiter and more glitter. The volume shall be 2-10% of the total formula volume. If over 15%, it will cause aluminum paint film in disorder.
