[Introduction] RH-685B Weakly Cationic Smooth Clear Softener Silicone Oil is Amino-modified Polysiloxane elastomer, applied in soft

 finishing of cotton, terylene/cotton, terylene/viscose and its blended fabrics. It can obtain excellent handle.

 (4) Together with smooth silicone oil, it has excellent handle feeling of softness, smoothness, fullness and elasticity when used in terylene coral fleece, terylene/cotton velvet, cotton/ spandex, cotton/nylon, terylene/spandex, etc.

[Basic Character]

Appearance: Colourless to light yellow thick paste

 Ionic: weakly cationic

 PH Value: 6.0-8.0(1% water solution)

Dissolution: can dissolve in the water in any proportion

[Use Area]

 Handle finishing of cotton and its blended fabrics

[Dilution Method]

(1) Take the dilution rate 1:3 as an example, add soft water 300Kg, and then add high dense silicone oil 100Kg, using stirring machine to stir until the uniformity at the room temperature.

(2) Add Acetic acid about 4Kg, mix and then sample. Inspect appearance, qualified products is transparent emulsion, or blue fluorescence (it is best to put them in the glass to be observed)

(3) Filtrating (use 160mesh stainless steel), outlet and doing the package

(1) Dipping Process:  Smooth and Clear Silicone Softener RH-685B dilution     1-4%(o.w.f)

(2) Padding Process:  Smooth and Clear Silicone Softener RH-685B dilution     10-30g/L
