TH-120A Vertical Laminating Machine

 

Mainly used for the precise lamination production of high quality and highly elastic underwear fabrics with foam, plain fabric, knitted fabrics and etc.

 

 

Features:

1. The design of the whole machine emphasizes on the stable performance and secure supervision.

 

2. According to the request of the cloth and the glue, a variety of specification chromium rollers are made by measurement, which improved the lamination quality effectively and decreased the glue consumption.

 

3. It adopts the steel belt of high temperature resistance on hard chromium roller and the process of pressing cloth proceeds evenly.

 

4. Replacing the spring pressing roller with the cylinder which raises the whole speed.

 

5. Equipped with infrared automatic rectification system, material delivery automatically, decrease waste and avoid wrinkling.

 

6. It is a result after being improved in transmission system based on the original merits of other advanced models such as TH-120B / E / C.
