1. Before mounting, please open the packing of card clothing to keep 24 hours in workshop,its to be seasoned with the air condition of workshop.

2. Because of the difference of Carding machine dia./ move balance/ mounting tension of “Woolen factory” and “card clothing factory”, after the mounting of new card clothing, we have to ensure the smooth surface of card clothing, otherwrise, we have to keep continue grinding.

3. After the card clothing running around 25 days, re-grinding it.

4. Accroding to the different raw material and carding production, pls keep regular grinding every 4-6 months.
