Description

1. Main functions of the machine: perforating, counting, slitting & rewinding.

2. Maximum width of the raw material roll is 1800mm, and maximum diameter of raw material is 1100mm.

3. The machine has automatic stopping system (by infrared ray). It will stop automatically when it reaches the roll pieces you preset. Total power of the machine is 3.5kw.

4. The machine is equipped with stepless motor to control the running speed of the rewinding rollers.

5. Raw material feeding part has one set of the broad strap synchronous transferring device.

6. The maximum producing speed can be 80m-120m/minute (depends on different raw materials).

7. The rewinding part of the machine has pneumatic pressing device for adjusting the tightness of the finished rolls. The machine is equipped with 2 air shafts, one is for unwinding, and the other one is for rewinding. The diameter of two air shafts can be decided by the clients.

8. The machine uses newest pneumatic slitting system which is equipped with 10 sets of round slitting knives which can adjust the slitting width freely. The minimum slitting width is about 20mm. The maximum diameter of finished rolls is 450mm. The perforating distance is controlled by servo motor which can be adjusted unlimitedly.

9. The machine is equipped with 5 high precision oxygenation aluminum alloy crinkle-removing rollers.

10. The machine has automatic knife lifting, left and right moving system to make it easier for you to put through the raw materials into the machine.

11. The machine has 12 cylinders and 1 set of automatic raw material feeding system.

12. The machine has 2 tension adjusting devices which are controlled by stepless motor.

13. The machine uses frequency convertor (transducer) to adjust the running speed. The machine has very reasonable electronic wire layout and it can be operated very easily and safely.

14. The machine is equipped with PLC to control all the working processes of the machine.

15. The machine is equipped with colorful touch-screen.
