5. Standard working condition: 25Celsius degree; Ambient temperature; 20Celsius degree; Water inlet temperature: 15Celsius degree.

Evaporator features:
1. Evaporator inner wall: It is made of high thermal conductivity cold-rolled sheet or stainless steel 316 material resistant to salt water corrosion, and it also passes abrasive machining and acoustic detection to ensure the wall thickness well-distributed.
2. Ice blade: Made of SUS304 material seamless steel tube and formed through only one time process. It's durable.
3. Spindle and other accessories: Made of SUS304 material through precision machining, and conform to(/meet/is up to) food hygiene standards.
4. Thermal insulation: Foaming machine filling with imported polyurethane foam insulation. Better effect.
5. Tips: (1)Evaporator size and installation direction can be customized according to customers' requirements;
(2)The material of evaporator wall and up and down pedestal is available (304&316).

Advanced technology: Our flake ice machine evaporator uses annealing heat treatment furnace and vibration aging process to eliminate the welding stress. It can prevent the evaporator inner wall from deformation and eventually prolong the evaporator working life.

Evaporator is made of imported SUS304 or carbon steel with high heat transfer efficiency, whose surface is Nobelium electroplated. The material can ensure the ice burrel excellent corrosion resistant and flake ice clean and hygiene.
