Huacheng XZL series four column rubber injection molding machine uses Germany technology of injection machine. It has high efficiency, high quality, high precision features. Product Feature
1. The plasticized rubber will injected early according to FIFO method, largely reducing the production time
2. Large worktable area
3. Imported double-proportion valve or servo system can control any kind of movement without causing shock

5. German electronic ruler for injection ensures metering accuracy
6. 3-stage injection pressure and flow and 3-stage hold pressure meet various product technological requirements
7. PLC programmable controller + touch screen LCD, technical parameters setting is convenient and intuitive and storable. The whole process is monitored; internal fault is diagnosed and alarmed automatically

FIFO: Higher injection temperature, shorter vulcanizing time.

According to FIFO method, inject the plasticized rubber first. Shorten the time when rubber is in storage cylinder, properly
raises material temperature and then largely shortens the vulcanizing time．
