Pre-shipment Inspection: 

a). Supplier should trial run whole line at supplier's factory before shipment;

b). Supplier has to run the machine at least 1hour for each bag former

c). All raw materials for that trial run to be arranged by supplier at their cost.

A: Commonly it needs 30 days for production, but if there is anything urgent, can be finished within 15 days if spare parts in stock.

A: Warranty is 1 year, not including easy damaged spare parts, such as heater, belts, etc.

Q4: How do you recommend to me the suitable packing machine?
A: You need to offer us detailed packing requirements, including packing products, bag size, packing weight, bag type,etc.

Q5: Can arrange technician to oversea for commissioning ?
A: Yes, we can if you need, but you need to pay the fees including: Visa charges, return ticket, accommodation and labor fees. We also accept you arrange technician to learn in our factory before shipping.
