Detailed Description

Instant UHT sterilizer has many advantages such as high regenerative effect, low energy consumption and easy to operate. The objective was to design a system where a little nutrition losses can be achieved using very short run-time for products .It has been widely used to handle liquid product such as fresh milk, sauce, fruit juice, beverages, liquors, soybean milk and liquid medicine.

Working principle

Generally, the materials are pre-heated by pumping them into the heat exchange device of the hot and cold materials in the sterilizer by a centrifugal pump. After passing through a high-temperature barrel filled with high pressure, the materials are quickly heated to the sterilization temperature and kept for about 3 seconds before and after. And enzymes are quickly killed. After the material leaves the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material, and the temperature is generally lower than 65°C. If the next process needs to increase the temperature, it can be achieved by adjusting the angle shut-off valve or circulation, and vice versa, by connecting cooling water to reduce the discharge temperature. The discharge is controlled by a throttle valve, which can make the boiling point of the material higher than the maximum temperature while maintaining a certain pressure. During normal production, adjust this valve, the back pressure is generated by the driving force of the pump to overcome the spring pressure to control the flow, and it should be fully opened when cleaning the sterilizer. The circulating storage tank can be used to prepare acid and alkali solutions to effectively clean the scale on the inner wall of the coil. Due to the use of stainless steel three-way cock at the same time, the flow can be adjusted appropriately.
