Description

1.Application scope

GHD-U series hopper dryers adopt hot air down-blowing design and use stainless steel made material hopper to avoid contamination. With this design, they are also ideally suitable for use with honeycomb dehumidifiers to dry engineering plastics. There are 18 models available, ranging from 20 to 4500 liters.

2)  Double heat preservation hopper and unique design of downblow air pipe can spread hot air

evenly, keeping plastics dry and temperature, stable to raise drying efficiency.

3) Digital P.I.D. temperature control.

4) Overheat protection to ensure reliable operation.

5) Models GHD-80U and above have material clearance door to make the clean more convenient and  effective.

6) Floor stand is standard equipment for GHD-1500U and models above.

Accessory option

 

1) Cyclone dust separator, magnetic base and blower inlet filter are optional.

 

2) Hot air recycler, suction box, hopper magnetic, N type floor stand and storage hopper are  optional.

 

3) Safety protective ladder is optional for GHD-1500U and models above.

3. Working Principle

In the drying process, hot air with constant temperature is blowed by a blower into a two-layer insulated hopper to dry the materials. Moisture will be separated out and taken away by hot air, thus to gain a satisfied drying effect.
