What product this machine can make? ----- This Zinc alloy die casting machine is suitable for die casting of non-ferrous metal with low melting point. It is widely applied for die casting of fittings of automobile and motorcycle, and parts for instrument and meter, and household appliance hardware of daily necessities.

Some machine device ----   This die casting machine is controlled by industrial level microcomputer. The die casting process parameter can be set up through the person-machine interface, which is convenient and time-saving and effortless in operation and maintenance. Besides, the machine has remote machine control and trouble locating functions. The Pump, Valve and PLC all use well know brand product.

 

Hydraulic system ----- The hydraulic system of the machine adopts pressure double-scale system so that can be adjusted at discretion. The ejecting system use large-caliber logic and cantilever beam-type oil-way, which ensure high ejecting speed. This machine is equipped with high quality electronic and hydraulic parts, ensuring a reliable and safe whole-machine
