GCD series dehumidifying dryer gathers dehumidification, drying and two-stage conveying three functions, is very suitable for drying engineering plastics materials with hygroscopicity such as PA, PC, PBT, PET. Of them is Optics GCD could be used in processing application of lens, LCD backlight board and discs, it has dew-point of below -40℃ under ideal condition.

FEATURES:

1)  The Plastic dehumidifier combines dehumidifier, drying hopper, and loader. And two station loaders to from a compact  design.Dew-poit

2)  Dew-poit up to -40°C,lower dew-point available with enhanced configuration.

3)  Feeding system is equipped with shut-off valve to ensure no surplus raw material in hopper tubes.

4)  Double insulation hopper prevents heat loss and maintains regular temperature.

5)  Microprocessor is standard equipment.

6)  Compact in size for easy moving and saving space.
