The Clamping Unit ----The claming unit is used to provide claming force to hold the die casting machine or mould during injection process .The acceleration of the force is usually driven by a hydraulic cylinder or servomotor through a toggle mechanism which acts as a maganifying device.

The injection unit-----The injection unit of die casting machine is the divise used to push the materials into the mould.It is usually driven by hydrulic power.Accumulators are used to increase the speed of the injection of the die casting machine.
The hydraulic unit----The hydraulic system of the machine adopts pressure double-scale system so that can be adjusted at discretion. The ejecting system use large-caliber logic and cantilever beam-type oil-way, which ensure high ejecting speed.

The electrical and electronic control system -----This systerm is the instruction systerm for the control of the machine .It usually consists of a processor ,input /output device and a human interface device.The operator enters the required parameters though the human interface device.After that ,the processor will follow the pre-set program to provide the corresponding instructions to the machine .
