With over 10 years of etching experience,we have accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the photochemical etching industry. 

The product material we can process includes: Stainless steel, copper, ,magnetic material etc.

Our products are burr-free and no etching spots.

1)The slight defect can be controlled in less 0.1 square millimeter/square decimeters.

2)Product thickness can be achieved between 0.03 to 1.00mm.

3)Product size can be achieved between 1* 1mm to 300* 500mm.

4)Smallest open hole is Ø 0.1mm. (T=0.01-0.05mm)

5)Smallest line width is 0.05mm.

6)Product precision is ± 0.01mm (common difference). It’s generally 20% of material thickness.

7)Product quantity :we can provide 5000 square meters per month.

Etching process: 

Film(CAD output) →get the materials ready→Pre-treatment→DRY FILM(Lamination) →Exposure→Developing→Drying→Etching→Stripping → Checking,Packing,Delivery
