Technical characteristics:

1.Equipped with two drilling heads and one tufting head;

2.Equipped with two high speed drilling heads: hole diameter from 3.0mm up to6.0mm, and tufting tools from min. 3.0mm up to 6.0mm;

3.Hair by: round nails or flat nails;

4.Three types of platform can be chosen as follows:

a.Platform for radial, parallel and radial/parallel tufted brushes

b.Platform for bowl brushes and semi-spherical brushes

c.Platform for rollers and hair brushes

5. PLC and Touch Panel Control System, displays in either Chinese or English;

6. Allow to save as 2000 procedure and easy for the creation of new models;

7. Our machine can produce either one color or two color brush, and also drilling or tufting separately.

8. Setting of worktable: high-precision straight-line rail and ball screw, steady and durable.

9. Material of Brush Handle: Poly styrene, return materials, wood

10. Material of filaments: PP, PET, PVC and other non-metal filament.

14. The system adopt four-wire resistive touch screen, make the operating more convenient and direct

15. Convenient to adjust the hole position with the hand wheel.

16. Safe to operate. With alarming fuction, the system will give an alarm and stop to run when the machine fails.

17. Full Featured, Editing functions of processing data, such as ADD, ALT, INSERT, DELETE, makes it convenient to solve these problems: the deviation of hole position, hole-repeating and hole-missing.

One year. In the warranty period, if there are some troubles with the machines the manufacturer should send engineers to repair or replace the parts freely (expect for easy broken parts). But you need pay the come and back tickets.       

 

About after sales we have whole life repair this machine, but you need pay the cost (ticket, hotel, food).                                                                             

 

Technology for installation                                                                             

 

According to the demand of buyer, our factory sends the engineers to guide to install and debug. But the charge in the buyer’s site and the traveling should be paid by buyer (including the cost of living, the round-trip ticket etc...)
