Continuity vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace

This equipment is designed and made by our company and research institutes together , it can produce continuously, material can be sintered in high temperature through atmosphere, and it can carry out fast cold treatment for the material.

1.Application

It is mainly used for various of rare earth, metal powder, nonmetal powder materials sintering production and experiment in high temperature or super high temperature. The materials rotate and sinter in high temperature crucible, the powder materials implemented uniformity and high temperature sintering .The finished products can fall into finished products chamber automatically , and take nasty cold treatment for raw materials.

2.Main functions

Powder materials rotating heating sintering in vacuum or atmosphere below 2200°C

Temperature control can be adjustable, and the temperature can remain constant in a peroid.

3, host main configuration and technical requirements

3.1 Working temperature: 1600 °C-2,200°C

3.2 Limiti vacuum: according to the technical requirement.

Use high vacuum system by ROM dimitrios pump units, and rotary vane pumps composition. With vacuum measuring device and manual vacuum valves.

The highest vacuum can reach 1 * 10-3Pa.

3.5 pressure increase rate: 6Pa/h.

3.6 workspace size: DIA100mm ~ DIA 600mm x L1500mm (according to user requirements ).
