Product Description


Honeycomb Ceramic Heat Regenerative (Heat Store), also known as high temperature combustion heat accumulator, is a key part of HTAC (high temperature air combustion) technology, and has been applicable in metallurgical industry furnace, like step wedge furnace, heat treatment furnace, forging furnace, melting furnace, radiant tube combustion, lifting furnace, hot blast furnace; in construction industry, applicable in all types of ceramic furnace and glasses furnace; petrochemical industry, applicable in all types of tube heating furnace, pyrolyzer and other industrial furnaces.
Honeycomb ceramics as heat storage body, by the advantage of large specific surface area, small heat resistance, good thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance, realize quickly exchanging heat; reducing energy in the strict sense (up to 97% of true thermal energy can be recovery and also it can achieve low NOx emission more than 40%).



Material: Alumina, dense alumina, cordierite, dense cordierite, mullite, corundum, corundum mullite, silicon oxide, etc.
Specification: 100×100×100 mm, 100×150×150 mm, 150×150×150 mm, 150×150×300mm and others.
Hole count: 25×25, 32×32, 40×40, 43×43, 50×50, 60×60 and others.
Type of hole: square, rectangular, hexagonal, circular, triangular, etc.

Product Application


Honeycomb ceramic regenerator is mainly used in iron, garbage incinerator and waste gas treatment thermal equipment, chemical plants, smelters, industrial boilers, gas turbines, power plants, power engineering and heating equipment, ethylene cracking furnace etc.
