Manufacture Plastic film densifier / agglomerate machine

TAIRONG designs and implements Plastic Agglomerator plastic film agglomeration is a very good and useful part for plastic recycling. mainly used to pelletize clean PP/PE films ,PP or PE bags, shopping bags. High-speed self-friction of the machine makes the materials plastization with high-temperature. And they will be cooled by adding water. The raw material are not dirty and do not need to be washed. Output capacity can be increased by using this machine before pelletizing. Granulator has various output capacities according to customers option: 100kg/h, 150kg/h. 250kg/h, 300kg/h and 500kg/h.

Details:

•  Plastic Agglomerator body is welded from the good quality stainless steel and the reamer is made of sync chromium of fine quality; 

• Runs on 380 volt 3 phase (can be converted to 440 volt 3 phase) and 120 psi 10 cfm air supply

• the Plastic Agglomerator main shaft is metal processed after being heat-treated and adjusted straight;

• Plastic Agglomerator is machine is of low noise but high output, with the removable blade as the fixed knife, resuting in convernient repair and maintenance.
