Description
GW-0.5 Medium frequency electric melting furnace for copper melting
This intermediate frequency induction furnace used for melting ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal such as copper, aluminum, etc. It can also be used for bending pipe, quenching and all kinds of metal bar’s diathermy.
Application of electric melting furnace :
This Aluminum Shell Intermediate Frequency IElectrical Melting Furnace, also called as Induction Smelting Furnace is for melting cast steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metals or its alloy. It can also wuitable to be used together with self-heated furnaces and electric arc furnace for heating or keeping warm/holding the molten iron and molten steel.
Environment and condition usege:
1. Temperature should be at 2°C to 35°C
2, The relative humidity no more than 90%
3, installation height no more than 1000 M
4, no conductive dust and corrosive gas in working place
5, no explosion and violent vibration room around the place
6, The temperature of the cooling water should no less than 10°C, not more than 30 °C, hardness < 8 degrees, PH PH < 8.5 degrees, pressure > 0.2 MPa
7, power supply must be ac 50 HZ, three-phase, 380 v, voltage fluctuation 370 -410 volts.
