Summary

• Spiral freezer is an energy-saving quick freezing machine which is featured by compact structure, wide application, small footprint and large capacity. It is a preferred freezer for food processing companies to freeze meat and other large, thick, high-temperature products.


• Spiral freezer consists of driving unit, evaporator, insulation plate and electrical device. Driving unit consists of motor, belt, rotating tower and independent transducer. Evaporator is made from stainless steel and aluminum fins. Changeable fin distance assures wind circulation smoothly. Evaporate pipeline can be aluminum pipe or copper tube. Insulation plate is made of stainless steel. Electrical device consists of stainless steel electric box and intelligent control device.


• It's made of 304 stainless steel except motor, blower impeller, evaporator pipe and fin, and electric elements.


• This machine is completed with base plate of quick freezing machine, the users do not need to make the heat preservation fundation.

Application

It has a wide application, is suitalbe for ice cream, pastry, meat, poultry, sea food, fried products and small-package foods.
