Material | Casting Aluminum(ZL101A) same as America A356 ,by sand mould casting

Wall thickness | 10mm in general ,15mm in moulds joint
|
fixation | The fixation in mould joint use groove trapezoidal structure which ensure tightness of mould assembly.

inserts | Various nuts can be put into (M3,M4,M5,M6,M8,M10)
|
fillet | Generally the fillet is over R2.
|
surface | Surface: A atoglyph(rough,grinding or fine) we use shot peening .according to the size of steel shots to decide the rough or fine. Or use corrosion fancy leather if the surface is special leather. After shot peening ,we'll do the teflon treatment. B shiny side(divided into shiny side and mirror side according to the degree of polishing)
