Q: How to pay the money?

A: We can accept  PayPal or TT or Western Union. Please tell us the payment that you prefer, we will send the bank detail to you.

Q: What’s the price term?
A:We accept the EXW or FOB or CIF  price,if CIF please let us know the name of the download port.

Q: What’s the shipment method?

A:It will be Ocean Shipping for the mass Production,we advice sample shipment be  Airlift and Express (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, and FEDEX). It will be  lower price if we arrange the shipment at our sides.

Q: Is the sample fee can be refund?
A: Yes,It can be refund the extra charge for you once you place the mass production.for example,the unit price is usd50,if we charge you usd200 ,then we will refund usd150 for you .

Q: Any free drawing can be provide?
A:Yes.if the prdouct was customized by you .we will   sent you some important  drawing  so that you can confirm the design.
