Product Description
1. Primer is the primary element of anticorrosion coating system. It should has high adhesive strength with substrate, high penetrate resistance with water, oxygen, ions, etc. The iron oxide red anticorrosion protective primer designed by SWD Urethane Co., USA has excellent properties except the performances above, for example, it also has good compatibility with polyurethane, epoxy, chlorinated rubber, alkyd and phenolic, etc. top coating which brings great convenience for the performance, it has been widely used in the Americas and Europe.
2. This primer product through special precision formulation and scientific process takes one component polyurea polyurethane resin and high quality iron oxide as main material. Coating is dense, tough, with high plugging performance and penetrates resistance, excellent performances of rust resistance, anticorrosion, water and wet resistance, high adhesive strength with metal substrate, bond well with the following coatings. One component product is easy to use, can be working in simple surface treatment substrates.
3. Application scope
Anticorrosion protection on metal structure surface, stainless steel or aluminum plate surface, on rusty low surface treatment application.
