Description
OPT-1550E-T Series is an advanced type of high performance 1550nm external modulation optical transmitter. It is designed for large area coverage of over long trunk. CNR ≥51.5dB tested in 59CH PAL/D, SBS set at 13~19dBm, point to point 65km fiber. The output signal spectral lines is narrow, more advantages in the long distance transmission.
The key components of this machine adopt DFB low noise, narrow linearity width and continuous wave laser. Adopting ITU standard wavelength, users can set and adjust the wavelength within the range of ±200GHz (±1.6nm) as ±0.05nm stepping. Its signal modulation adopts CATV special LiNbO3 external modulator combining with our advanced optimization technology. It can provide high quality images, digital or compressed digital signal when it use in over long distance transmission. This optic transmitter is applicable for the network upgrading and expansion of WDM system.
Features
(1) High performance: low dispersion distortion, No laser chirp, high extinction ratio, with excellent characteristic within 47~862MHz (47~1000GHz optional) in-band.
(2) High index: Excellent CNR, CTB and CSO.
(3) Narrow linearity width (Type≤0.35MHz), low noise, DFB continuous wave laser.
(4) SBS: 13~19dBm point to point>65Km optical transmission.
(5) ITU-TG.692 Wavelength can be adjustable within the range of ±200GHz (±1.6nm) as ±0.05nm stepping.
(6) AGC/MGC mode is optional and OMI can be optimized.
(7) Dual pluggable power supply.
(8) Automatic temperature control.
(9) With RS232 communication interface, SNMP and web browser remote monitoring.
