1.Leading Features
This product including UV primer and UV top coat, both are applied to plastic-ABS,PS materials which use for vacuum metalizing. It is processed by UV light solidified which come into being high consistency chemical binding. Being of characteristics of fast curing,high gloss,good adhesion and excellent attrition resistance. According with the requirement of the manufacturer of cosmetic container,electro-products,reflectors, etc.
2. Application Procedure
For primer(Single component),In general, it is ready for spraying method directly.then in oven with 60°C,3 minutes.After that,start illumination once by UV equipment.(UV light power 80w/cm,Distance of irradiation: 150mm,Energy of irradiation:800mj/cm2,Speed of transport line: 5m/min)
For top coat(Single component),Same as the above.
3. Storage and Transportation
Because of inflammability of this coating, keeping away from fire and direct sunshine are required during storage and transportation. Fireproofing, ventilation and cooling should be noticed. This is a coat metamorphosing under sunshine, it should not being irradiated directly. Keep in sunless, dry place(5~25°C) , Lock up barrelhead after use. Smoking and lighting fire are strictly forbidden. Avoiding skin contact to the best of your ability, if happened contacting, thoroughly by washing with mild soap and water. If eye contact by accident, flush eyes with clean water immediately, when the symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
Storage period of validity
1 year since the date of production, after the specified time, it still can be used, if the quality of the coating is unimpaired.
