3. Application methods:mix dry yeast with such raw materials as flour until smooth ,then dough must keep in 30°C.

4. Dosage:the dosage in bread is 0.8-1.0 of flour .

5. Preservation method and shelf life :This product must be stored at cold and dry place .Is shelf life is 2 years .
