4. Mirror polished shinning blades material: 18/0 (#410 o r#430) to meet Food grade standard or general EU standard, 18/8 (#304) to meet more strict Europe standard, 13/0(#420) to meet Europe standard too. Thickness of 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm available subject to your requirement & budget.
