Processing and inspection:

1.Cylinder Tube

According to the work pressure,work temperature,work situation and other special requirements,different cylinder tube will be choosed.

1.1 Cylinder Tube:cold drawn precision seamless steel tube,hot rolled seamless steel tube,forged tube.

1.2 Tube Material: SAE1020(20#) , SAE1045(45#) ,16Mn(Q345B),27SiMn,etc.

1.3 Surface Roughness:R0.16-0.32μm

1.4 Inside Chromating:If necessary,inside tube will be chromated.

2.Piston Rod

2.1 Rod Material:35#,SAE1045(45#),35CrMo,42CrMo4,etc.

2.1 Technical Treatment: Quenched and tempered.1.5-1mm,or 1.03mm per millimetre.

3.Seal Kits

According to customers' requirements and work condition,we will choose suitable seal kits,including:Hallite,NOK,SKF,Parker,Merker,Trelleborg,China made,Taiwan made.We will supply you suitable seal kits to ensure hydraulic cylinders a long lifetime,easy maintenance and simple repairing.

4.Inspection and Testing

4.1 We have professional quality control department,every step from raw material to finished product is in the same factory,each procedure will be tested by professional inspector.

4.2 Before hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , every spare parts would be measured and cleaned .After hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , pressure test would be carried out one by one.We ensure the testing pressure is 30%-50% higher than rated pressure in almost one hour's test.Each hydraulic cylinder must be tested without any leakage. hydraulic telescopic cylinder for ti

 Q1:What's the brand name of your products ?

A:Generally,we use our own brand "WTJX",OEM is also available as required.

Q2:Hydraulic cylinder internal leakage?
A: There are 3 main reasons causing internal leakage :Overload,polishing is not well controlled,bad seal kits.As is known to all,vehicles in China are often overload,our products all designed to bear the overload power.We have numerical control machine to assure the polish processing .And we use the imported seals to meet customers' demands.

Q3:Does your piston rod get ruptured easily?
A: Hard chrome plating quenched and tempered 45# steel for piston rod to assure sufficient hardness and toughness.

Q4:Is your design reasonable? What about your product safe coefficient?
A:We have R&D team with abundant design experience. We also established production, education, and research cooperation with universities . Rest assured.

Q5:What about the quality feedback of your products?
A: Guarantee the quality from the raw material. We have cold drawing production line and nickel-chrome electroplating production line , so we can produce cold-drawing pipe and hard-chrome pipe used for hydraulic cylinder. !!!
