1. Characteristics:  

 

JXMQSemirotary die cutting machine is a new product, it equipped with Trio (U.K.) motion control system, and register sensor to arrange high accurate rotary die-cutting system. This machine is applicable to pre-printed labels. Unwinder, rotary die-cutting, slitting and rewinding can be finished in one process. It can be run with semi-rotary mode as well as full rotary mode. With semi-rotary time, the machine doesn’t need to change different magnetic cylinders for different labels because it can go backward. Only flexible die is required to be changed. The machine was equiped with USA web guiding to guide the material smoothly. The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, fast speed, high efficiency, easy operation, accurate slitting, steady running etc.
