This series of heat meters adopt most advanced non-magnetic technology and it features elegant appearance, accurate measurement, convenient management , steady operation, strong anti-erosion, and long using life, which is secure and economic. It is widely used in the heat system with concentrated heat supplying management, separate household data collecting management. Application and Warnings

The installation requirements of the heat meter

Before installation, check the pipelines in the cleansing system thoroughly and remove silk, hemp ,sand ,gravel and any other masses to avoid any flow hindrance.

 

n   The flow meter should be installed in horizontal level, with the display window

     facing upward.

n   The diameter of the front and the back pipes should fit the flow meter

n   10DN straight pipeline and 5DN straight line should be saved (DN is what we call the diameter of the heat meter)

n   Must use the gasket and connecting pipeline specially designed and manufactured by our company.

n   The sewage filter and the valve should be fixed at both ends of the flow meter for the convenience of filth removing, maintaining and replacing.

n   After the installation ,seal between the connecting bolt of the capsule and the heat meter, between the temperature measuring ball valve and the platinum resistor.

The installation of temperature sensor

One temperature sensor with red tag is to be installed inside the heat measuring meter, the other sensor with blue tag is to be built inside the temperature measuring ball valve.

The lead wire of the temperature sensor is not allowed to be lengthen, shorten or changed casually.
