Functional features

MEIAO10A series of LED street lamp aging shelf is the professional equipment for LED 

production. This equipment dedicated to aging the entire LED street lamp , each street lamp  

provided with a mini parameters testing meter in there input end.  Then can clearly show the

power, current, power factor etc..

The basic configuration and structure

1.

Machine body

The frame adopts 40 * 40 rectangular steel tube (already can be used aluminum), with only 4 feet

2.5 inches of Vientiane casters; 2 of them with brake.

The loading plate

By using two 40X40 aluminum production, aluminum surface wear-resisting rubber strip 

shop (to prevent scratching the lamp outer), a total of 3 layer design, the clearance 

between the layers is about 400mm, each layer is equipped with 4 sets of four bit fast fixture, 

4 sets of mini parameter table.

Output 

The aging frame can  aging 12 LED street lamp at the same time.

Electric control 

Each layer is connected with 2.5 square wire, each layer with a short circuit switch, a total of 5, 

the other with a time relay, which can record the aging time.

Color

The whole set of equipment for the computer white spray.

Note

The whole  structural materials can be produced according to customer specified materials, if you 

want to high or low impact ,you need to add an additional distribution box, a box may also bring 

about 10 aging shelf.
