Technical characteristics:

 1.Bored with two drilling head and one tufting head, high-speed processing, high-volume, cost-effective

 2. This machine can produce many different kinds of brushes or brooms which have different filling angles, by changing    specific platform

 3.Bored with three high speed drilling head: hole diameter from 3.0mm up to 6.0mm,and tufting tools from min. 3.0mm up to 6.0mm

 4.Hair by: round nails or flat nails.

5.Three kinds of the optional platform type:

  1), platform for radial, parallel and radial/parallel tufted brushes.

  2), platform for bowl brushes and semi-spherical brushes (such as toilet brushes and “Swedish style” dish-washing brushes)

  3), platform or rollers and hair brushes

 6.PLC and touch panel control system of man-machine, Chinese and English display, simple to understand.

7.Allow to save as 1000 procedure and easy for the creation of new models

8.Wearing parts and spare parts are standardized designs to reduce hair mechanic technology dependence.

9.Ore machine can produce either one color or two color brush, and also drill or tuft separately.
