The biomass wood pelletizer/ flat die pellet mill is the main production machinery to produce biomass fuel from the crushedwood log, gum wood, pinewood, fruitwood, crop straw, bamboo chips etc. 

It is widely used in the animal husbandry and aquaculture industry, medium and small breeding plant and feed mill, brewing industry, sugar making industry, paper-making industry, biomedical industry, tobacco factory etc, it is the most ideal equipment to produce biomass pellets. 

How to choose the suitable biomass wood pelletizer/ flat die pellet mill : 

If you want to choose the suitable biomass wood pelletizer/ flat die pellet mill , you should pay more attention on some factors as follows:

(1) What's the size of your raw material?

Any types of Agro-forestry waste and forest waste can be used to make biomass pellets, such as wood log, sawdust, wood chips, wood branches, rice husk, cotton stalks, maize stalks, soybean stalks, bamboo dust, bagasse etc.

Please note that the size of all your raw materials should be less than 5mm, and the less the better for the wood pellet making machine.

If not, you will need a crusher machine.

(2) what's the moisture content of your raw material?

The moisture content or humidity of your raw material should be 10-20%.

If not, you will need a dryer machine.

(3) what's your requirement on the capacity or output?

we can offer different models with the capacity from 100kg/h to 2500kg/h for the single machine.

If you need larger capacity, the wood pellet production line will be more suitable for you.

(4) what's the voltage in your country?

The standard voltage for our machines is 380V 50HZ 3phase, so please let us know if it is different in your country.

(5) What's your requirement on the size of final pellets or usage?

The diameter of the final pellets could be 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm etc.
