Our incubators suit for kinds of eggs,such as chicken eggs,quail eggs,duck eggs,goose eggs,ostrich eggs,and kinds of tortoise or snake eggs,etc.

Packaging

The incubator is packed in 7mm plywood with foamed plastics inside,secured with iron straps outside,to protecting the incubator and shipping easily.

1. The packaging process numbered according to the pictures.

2. First of all, the machine around with 0.5 CM thick foam, with plastic film

3. Useing angle bar supporting the machine at the bottom of the tray ,up,down,before and after using 7mm pltwood (using the 7 layer wooden board of suppressing) for packaging.

4. Finally, using the Angle iron framework reinforcement the corners,and use 1.5 CM rivet fastening together.

5. Tested using forklift not on the bottom of the trauma, the four corners and the box body can withstand external shocks.
