Description

Rotary kiln tyre ore rotary dryer tyre usually consist of a single annular steel casting, machined to a smooth cylindrical surface, which attach loosely to the kiln shell through a variety of "chair" arrangements. These require some ingenuity of design, since the tyre must fit the shell snugly, but also allow thermal movement. The tyre rides on pairs of steel rollers, also machined to a smooth cylindrical surface, and set about half a kiln-diameter apart.

Application:

We supply mining machinery accessories. Kiln tyre and support roller, made by Dajia, are first processed through steel casting in our foundry, it’s suitable for casting due to their super large & non-standard dimension, then going into heat treating (annealing, normalizing or quenching), the working procedure successfully insure the part obtaining high mechanical performance, finally the casting part is done finish machining for obtaining mounting dimensions to Rotary kiln or other mining machine.

 

Chemical composition and microelement of casting part are well controlled when in molten steel smelting. Since advanced technology and resin bonded sand are applied in our foundry, inner quality and visual surface quality are excellent.

 

Widely used in the area of cement mill, rotary kiln, shipbuilding, metallurgy, mine, sugar mill, powder plant, rail road, engine bed and so on.
