The Welding Enclosure is a continually monitored flexible, and modular enclosure, designed to seal around complex environment. 

The Welding Enclosure is constructed from modular panels which zip together. Joen provide different types of panels which meet customers mutiple application requirements. 

 

Panels are zipped together and sealed internally. Panels can incorporate openings of various sizes which allow pipework, structural steel and other components to be included in the habitat. These openings are resealed to ensure that pressurisation is maintained. Panels can be removed easily to allow rigging, pipework to be brought inside or removed from the welding habitat and then re-sealed quickly. Unlike rigid habitats, Joen's Welding enclosures can be quickly dismantled and moved to another location for re-use.

 

BOM OF WELDING ENCLOSURE

1. Panel standard sizes 1 m × 1 m, 2 m × 1 m, or 2 m x 2 m,

2. Panel is constructed from lightweight-flame retardant anti-explosion fiber glass based material,

3. Industrial zipper, hoop and loop and adhesive hoop and loop,

4. Hoop and loop sealing strips attached to each panel,

5. Fire-retardant duct,

6. Manometer,

7. Fire/Welding blanket.
