Product introduction(JK-RX51A):

 

This machine is suitable for series motor, electric tools etc micro & special motor rotor winding, the rack adopts industrial aluminum (anode oxidation treatment) with imported acrylic shield, nice appearance, easy maintenance.It achieves the same standard of each technical indicator as Japanese machine type on the function, reliability, efficiency etc.  The operation and display mode is similar. And make supplement of part special winding technologies according to the situation in the industry.

2. Spindle box adopts special structure to ensure rapid lead-time.

3. Translocation shaft overall accuracy is high, guarantee the mold open within 0.1mm minimum when translocation without friction to the rotor.

4. Mould and hooking line pressing pipe can be quick demounted without tool, it could be replaced with other type and turn into normal operation within 15min fastest.

5. Adopts the Japanese Omron PLC control system, stable program, complete interlock protection, harmony and reliable actions, high efficiency, variety of functions.

6. The speed of winding shaft and translocation shaft could be adjusted in the winding, hooking and translocation. And it shows the graphics curve on the screen.

7. Fly fork operation has 1 turn low speed

8. The tension could be adjusted in the winding, hooking, translocation, acceleration and deceleration.

9. Winding mode: single slot single hook/single slot double hooks/high-low winding/rewinding/forward winding, overlap /reverse overlap, all winding modes are pictorial representation on the screen. It’s simple to understand.

10. Touch screen operation, could be edited and copied to one winding method. Large capacity of storage, can store 100 different rotor parameters, the parameters could be named via 26 English letters, 0~ 9 numbers and some special symbols. There are about 1000 pictures, convenient for operator’s operation.

11. All the parameters have helptext on the screen, convenient for user’s operation and learning.

12. Most of the faults could be detected by the machine itself, and displayed on the screen, convenient for maintenance, debugging.

13. Machines has self protective devices, even if wrong operation of the operator it will not damage the machine and cause industrial accident.
