Product introduction(JK-RZ50):

 

This equipment is controlled by PLC, equipped with material(core lamination, central shaft) storage mechanism, automatically supplying host machine for central shaft pressfit. This machine is constituted by host machine, mould, feed and finished product taking mechanical arm 4 major parts. Blanking mouth is equipped with feeding material detecting function. Dwell time adjustable. The hydraulic system adopts definite grade variable plunger pump, which is good energy-saving effect.

The pressurization part adopts high precision digital pressure switch, pressure adjustable range 0.1~1.0MPa. The structure part has the functions of avoiding oscillating kinetic energy, automatic displacement, automatic preset. Adopts LCD display, indicating related pressure state, set mode condition. Fast switches between single-action and serial actions. Alarm presetting, when pressure or displacement goes wrong, it could be corrected timely.
