Extruded honeycomb ceramic filter is a very effective molten metal filter, which using a straight-hole parallel to straight-channel, multi-pass design ensures the product of high strength and thermal shock performance, also the casting pouring time. The straight-hole design ensures balance between flow rate and intensity, it remove impurities and residue particles, and improve surface quality and mechanical performance of casting, also reduce the rejection rate of casting, raise the life span of the casting and reduce casting cost.
Extruded honeycomb ceramic filter is able to get rid of the metal impurity, refractory scrap, solid refractory alloy, sinter and molten metal liquid when casting products, reduce the air vent of castings, raise the casting quality, and reduce the cost. It has small resistance, high strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good thermal shock resistance and excellent filtering adsorption performance.
We can produce a series of filters with different shape, size, wall thickness, hole type and aperture. They are widely used in foundry industries of steel, iron, aluminum and copper etc.
