Main use and performance characteristics
1.Adopt SIEMENS 828D two axis CNC system, built-in CNC, LCD display.  

2.Realize the closed automatic grinding cycle, ensure machining precision is high.  

3.And the grinding wheel and the mobile station are driven by AC servo motor through the ball screw.  

4.The grinding wheel feed adopts TH type rolling guide rail block, to ensure that the feed is sensitive and rigid. The guide rail of the work table adopts the plastic guide rail, so as to improve the vibration resistance and the sensitivity of the working table.  

5.Headstock motor adopts AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation device.  

6.The tail bracket sleeve has the hydraulic expansion function.  

7.The configuration, independently of the electrical cabinet, oil tank, water tank.  

8.Equipped with automatic timing quantitative lubrication, lubrication, ensure guide screw.  

9.Machine adopts fullly-closed protective cover,to ensure safety during operation.
