HDR High damping rubber bearing, also called HDR bearing pad, is one of seismic isolation bearing. It has excellent seismic isolation performance to effectively reduce the bridge damage caused by earthquake.HDR bearing pad is composed of specialized designed rubber with high damping performance, sandwiched together with steel plate layer. When installing, the high damping rubber bearing is commonly used with top and bottom steel plate and connection accessories.

LRB Lead rubber bearing, has similar structure with high damping rubber bearing. It is an important component of seismic isolation bearing. It is composed of laminated rubber bearing and lead core. The lead core can not only bear the heavy load and horizontal force, but also absorb energy through plastic deformation of hysteresis damping.Lead rubber bearing can be divided into round and rectangular shapes for different application. Additional, the lead core quantity can be single or multiple to supply maximum flexibility in the bridges or building.

Pot bearing is a kind of bearing which is composed of pot, elastomeric pad, stainless steel plate, sealing ring and other components. It is designed for bearing the combinations of vertical loads, horizontal loads, longitudinal and transverse displacements and rotations. Pot bearing is ideal bearing for large bridge with the features of large horizontal displacement, light weight, simple structure and easy operation.

Laminated Rubber Bearing classification
According to the using condition
It is made of Chloroprene rubber (CR), which is suitable for the -25 °C to +60 °C temperature applications.

It is made of natural rubber (NR), which can perform well in -40 °C to +60 °C.
According to sliding type
Fixed type. It refers to the standard laminated rubber bearing without sliding performance.
Sliding type. The top surface are designed with Teflon (PTFE) board for sliding.

Laminated bearings fully covered with elastomer comprising only one steel reinforcing plate 

● Type B Elastomeric Bearing

What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in plastic round small barrels then in carton boxes on pallet or packed in iron barrels directly.

 If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

What is your terms of payment?

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery if total amount more than 5,000USD.

Normally TT in advance. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

The bank account will final confirmed through PI.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost or the courier cost.Some clients need special documents, that if we received the deposit in advance that total amount more than 5000USD, then we will undertake.Or buyer need undertake its cost, but i will try to make better way about that.
