Brief Introduction of powder grinder

Operation Process of Powder Grinder 

Before start the grinder, should check whether all the access door closed tight, check the jaw crusher clearance is in line with the feed particle size, adjust separator speed should be achieved  finished product granularity requirements approximately. Finally, boot in the following order.

1, start the bucket elevator; 

2, start the jaw crusher; 

3, after material into stock bin, start the separator;

4, start the blower (empty load startup, loading after the normal operation).

5, start the host, at the instantaneous time start the electromagnetic vibration feeder immediately. Thus grinding start working. Easy operating sequence table is as follows:"Start elevator-- crusher--separator--fan--host--feeder.
