Machine's body frame
It is constructed by two pieces iron plates, 2cm thickness and by CNC lathing, this is an ideal equipment to produce paper box such like hamburger box, chips box, fried chicken box, kids meal box, fast food box, fast noodles box etc.
We were the first factory in China choosing servo motor for feeding paper system instead of traditional cam system, it have less noise and easier to adjust in order to make different size and shape boxes.

which can control the speed of paper feeding. With very experienced engineers and designer, we never stop, keep improving and perfecting on machines.
Gluing section
Four iron wheels pasted with foams by gluing on papers, normally use the food grade cold glue, 1kg can at least have 8000 boxes.
Mold is made by oak, after the paper is glued, this mold will going to punch and fit the box into the collection channel.
Box going to the channel one by one, with auto
counting. 10 pcs per patch or 20 pcs, the encoder will insert paper to divide with patch.

Panel With key switch, start and emergency stop buttons which is very easy to operate this machine. Operate the machine and have fun.
For main electrical parts, we use famous brand, and gurantee for one year, during this time, any trouble cause if not man made mistakes, we will offer for free.
The machine is gluing one, can make many type of boxes as hamburger box, chips box, lunch box, noodle box, etc.
