Bucket Elevators are used to elevate bulk materials vertically. A Bucket Elevator consists of a series of buckets attached to a belt with pulleys or sprockets located at the top and bottom of the unit. 

 

Elevator-bucket belt is composted of rubber belt and elevator-bucket. The core of belt has two kinds of structures’ fabric core and steel cord, which can be used for vertical elevated conveying, the requirements need the belt with high strength and low elongation, thus the elevator-bucket belt uses steel core or polyester (polyester fiber) canvas as strength ply of belt.

 

Bucket Elevators are used in many industries including chemical, aggregate, cement, mining ,agriculture and wastewater treatment industries for elevating bulk materials.
