     Used as vacuum furnace, the vacuum system is made of double state rotary vacuum pump and diffusion pump. The max. vacuum rate can reach 10-3Pa.If used as atmosphere furnace, the furnace can be charged into N2, Ar and other inert gas. It's very ideal for lab usage
